When we talk about the essential details of our Essential Journal range, we’ve really gone back to the core elements of what we look for in the perfect notebook…
It probably goes without saying that our journal pages features a 5mm dot grid, but what you might not know is the amount of thought that went into the exact shade of these dots!
We listened to your requests and have increased the darkness to make the dots super clear, but not so dark that they take away from your beautiful spreads. It’s the Goldilocks of dot-grids!
As with all our previous journals, we’ve also included marks at the centre and edges of each pages, so you can quickly divide your pages without counting dots.
All of our Essential Journals are manufactured with lay-flat binding. That means your notebook will lay perfectly flat on the desk, making spread set-up easy!
Our paper is 160gsm weight, meaning it’s bleed proof and ghost proof for virtually all water-based pens and ink.
Our journals contain bright white pages, providing the perfect neutral backdrop for all of your colourful and creative designs.
There are 160 pages in each notebook, giving plenty of room for all your spreads and layouts.
Of course the pages are important, but it’s those all important finishing touches that really make a journal a joy to use day after day.
