A big thank you to everyone who completed our survey yesterday. The responses echoed feedback we’ve been receiving for a little while, so we decided to bite the bullet and make a couple of changes to our monthly subscription.
The team have pulled together to turn around these changes in time for our upcoming theme (Flower Power).
The important thing to note, is that there will be no “enforced” changes – these are totally optional for those of you who want them!
You shouted this loud and clear, and we heard you! You can now opt to include both upper and lower case fonts to be shipped within your monthly subscription. The cost for this is £28.50 per month.

Many of you said that you would like the option to buy extra sheets of stickers, and rolls of Washi tape for your favourite themes. You will now have the option to purchase addition copies of stickers and other box contents. We have created a listing for each theme which contains all additional items available, along with the font stencils. To avoid spoilers, this will be published 2-3 days after dispatch of the box.

A number of you requested to purchase a “stickers only” variation of the subscription. We have created “Themekit” – a paired down version of Themebox which contains 2 x A5 sticker sheets, a Super Easy sticker sheet and a 1m sample of co-ordinating Washi tape, all for the super affordable price of £9!
To begin with, we will add limited numbers of this to the past box shop, along with any remaining Themeboxes. If it proves popular we will look at turning this into a subscription in its own right.
We also received feedback from those who have purchased Themebox via the past box shop, that they would like both upper and lower case font to be included – Especially as purchase via the past box shop does not give access to the subscriber shop.
As a result our Past Boxes now included both upper and lower case fonts at an RRP of £28.50.
Finally, we have added the functionality for you to be able to change your Themebox Tier within your account. If you want to upgrade and add in the second font option, you will need to do this before payment is taken on 1st of the month.
PLEASE NOTE: This will only be possible for those with monthly direct debits (pre-paid subscriptions are set for the whole term). On this occasion, if you are a pre-paid subscriber and want to switch to include both upper and lower case font stencils, please drop us an email and we can manually upgrade and invoice you for the remainder of the pre-paid term.
